Once the Council Chamber for the Northumberland County Council, much of the original character has been retained including the tall leaded windows.

The Adjoining Assembly Room is a beautifully proportioned antechamber to the Ballroom. It can be used in its own right for dinners, or as an adjoining space. It has the benefit of a bar.
